The policies and procedures set forth in this Compliance Guide are applicable to all work trades, services, and products, and are the compliance requirements for Preferred Vendor status with Golden State Foods Corp. and its subsidiaries, and affiliate companies (the “Company”). This Compliance Guide is referenced in the Preferred Vendor Master Supply and Services Agreement. The Company reserves the right to amend, delete or add policies and procedures at any of its locations at any time for any purpose whatsoever.
