As part of a new monthly video series published to GSF’s Facebook page, corporate chefs are sharing their own recipes for home cooks. In the first collection of videos, each of three sauce recipes includes a list of ingredients, step-by-step instructions, and helpful suggestions for plating and pairing.
During National Sauce Month in March, the first recipe video featured GSF Corporate Chef Fred Heurtin, who demonstrated how to make a garlic-rich Spicy Toum from his home kitchen. Just after the Easter holiday in April, Chef Fred created an egg-based Sauce Sorges recipe. For Cinco de Mayo this month, Chef Fred shows you how to make Charred Corn, Poblano and Black Bean Salsa.
“With everyone spending more time at home this spring, we have more opportunity to make home-cooked meals and explore new recipes,” said Chef Fred. “It’s such a pleasure to share my love of cooking and my culinary tips with GSF’s social media community!”
