Ken is responsible for engaging, supporting, and aligning with business leaders throughout GSF's global enterprises in collaboration with labor relations and employee relations. Ken works to implement and coordinate human resources strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's business objectives and goals. A GSF associate since 2022, Ken's depth of human resources and labor experience has enabled him to make an immediate impact at GSF. Through his established relationships with key leaders in the field, Ken leads the success of future strategies focused on staffing, retention, and engagement.
