Eric is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of operations that the North America team conducts for product innovation. A GSF associate for almost 20 years, Eric helped guide the implementation of a transformative sauce portion-dispensing solution in collaboration with GSF customer, McDonald's, and its packaging supplier. This innovative back-of-house restaurant solution also earned the Association for Dressings and Sauces (ADS) 2021 Package of the Year Award for the portion-dispensing pouches that reduce primary packaging.
