Golden State Foods has been serving global icons since the late 1960s, helping customers expand throughout the country. Today, GSF operates 10 dedicated distribution centers for dedicated to specific customers, which are strategically located throughout the U.S. and one in Cairo, Egypt. (See map below.)

Technological Innovations
GSF’s innovative leadership has been demonstrated by establishing ground-breaking computer systems to track restaurant inventory and automate ordering for participating restaurants. It invested early in state-of-the-art computer-aided routing, on-board computers, variable deliveries and other customized options to meet a variety of customer needs. It was among the first companies to embrace the one-stop-shopping concept – now an industry standard – for warehousing and distribution of all items used by a quick service restaurant. More recently, GSF has incorporated a full warehouse management system as well as voice directed picking, underscoring its commitment to current technology.
